About

Hi, I’m Kay.

Psychotherapist and Licensed Professional Counselor.

I work with both individuals and couples and hold a profound respect for the courage it takes to turn inward and begin the process of trusting yourself again. I believe that healing begins with this trust—with learning to listen to your own inner wisdom, to extend compassion to the parts of you that have felt unseen or unworthy, and to rebuild a sense of safety within.

In our sessions together, I offer a warm, grounded, and supportive space where your full story is welcome. My background is strongly rooted in trauma care. Whether you’re seeking to understand yourself more deeply, untangle long-standing patterns, or strengthen the relationships that matter most to you, we’ll move at a pace that honors your needs and experiences. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their true selves, so they can experience greater authenticity, intimacy, and freedom in their lives.

With 17 years of experience specializing in trauma and relational work, I blend deep clinical expertise with a compassionate approach. What sets me apart is my commitment to helping clients rebuild trust—first within themselves and then in their relationships—creating a foundation for lasting healing. I skillfully integrate trauma-informed, relational, and experiential methods, including EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs.

Beyond technique, I bring a rare combination of empathy, presence, and insight, creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My work isn’t just about addressing symptoms—it’s about helping people rediscover their authentic selves, strengthen resilience, and cultivate more meaningful connections in all areas of life.

Healing is not a straight path—it’s tender, powerful, and profoundly human. I consider it a privilege to witness and support that journey every step of the way.
